Charges laid in Imagine Adoption fraud case

Regional Police say two people are now facing fraud charges following a investigation into an international adoption agency in Cambridge.
Fraud Branch detectives, along with the RCMP have arrested and charged two people with Imagine Adoption – a not-for-profit agency.
General Manager, Rick Hayhow, and Founder and Executive Director, Susan Hayhow were arrested yesterday. Both are facing numerous fraud charges.
Police say the charges relate to just over $420,000 in agency funds
that are alleged to have been used inappropriately for personal use such as vacations, clothing, and renovations to their residence in Cambridge.
The pair has a court date May 26th in Cambridge.
