Splash pad comes to Wilmot Township

Families across Wilmot Township will now be able to come together and enjoy a splash pad at the Wilmot Recreation Centre.

Local MPP Michael Harris made the announcement yesterday in the township of Wilmot.

He tells 570 News community volunteer Angie Hallman proposed the idea to municipality back in 2012.

Harris presented Wilmot with a 130 thousand dollar grant for a new splash pad in the community.
