WRPS investigating weekend Cambridge gas station robbery

Regional Police are currently investigating a commercial robbery at a Cambridge gas station.
The incident took place Saturday night at approximately 11:20p.m. at a gas station near Jamieson Parkway and Townline Road.
The suspect male allegedly approached an employee, demanding money before removing it from the register, and fleeing by vehicle towards Highway 401.
The suspect vehicle is described as dark in colour. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 6′, and was wearing a black ski mask, red pants and a grey hoodie at the time of the robbery.
No physical injuries were reported.
