Teen arrested after knife pulled at Cambridge school

A 16-year-old teen is facing charges following a weapons incident at a Cambridge secondary school.

Police were called to Glenview Park Secondary School around 1 p.m. Friday to reports of a person with a knife in the school.

Police allege the suspect tried to start a physical altercation with another student.

Upon arrival, police arrested a 16-year-old from Kitchener.

The suspect was charged with uttering threats to cause death or harm.
