It’s another chance for residents to have their say when it comes to waste reduction in Waterloo Region.

The Region of Waterloo continues to update its Long-Term Waste Management Strategy (LTWMS) for the next 25 years, and before the plan is complete, more public input is needed.

Residents are being asked to complete an online survey that’s posted to the EngageWR website.

There’s a short and long version of the survey, depending on how much time you have.

Staff are looking for feedback on a list of potential actions to be included in the strategy, like creating a mobile drop-off service to improve accessibility.

Both versions of the survey will be available until Oct. 3.

The LTWMS is expected to be complete by the spring.
