Minor injuries reported after person sprayed with noxious substance

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for two suspects after an a noxious substance was sprayed in Cambridge.

On August 9, around 1 a.m., police responded to the area of Glamis Road and Elgin Street North, after receiving reports of two men wearing masks with a knife.

According to police, the two males allegedly threatened two victims with the knife and sprayed one of them with the substance.

The suspects then fled on foot and were last seen heading east on Glamis Road towards Elgin Street North.

Minor injuries were reported for the person sprayed with the substance.
