Police release photos in parcel theft investigation

Police have released photos of a woman they want to identify in connection with several parcel thefts in Waterloo.

There have been a series of reported theft incidents from homes’ doorsteps on Tealby Crescent, Grant Crescent, and Castlefield Avenue.

All of the thefts occurred between May 26 and June 6 .

Waterloo regional police have identified a suspect who is described as being a white woman in her 30s with long brown hair. She has a large tattoo on her left arm.

The suspected ‘porch pirate’ was seen getting into a black four-sedan.

Investigators are hoping to identify the woman caught on surveillance video.
