Downed trees, collapsed buildings in Guelph following powerful storm

The Royal City is recuperating from a harsh — but short — spring storm.

According to Guelph Police, a pair of businesses have reported serious damage following the wind and rain storm that happened on Tuesday evening.

A business on Woodlawn Road West had a large section of its roof torn off in the storm, and another business on Speedvale Avenue West reported that their building had partially collapsed.
