Man uses drive-thru window to enter Cambridge business, sexually assaults employees

Waterloo Regional Police Service say two employees were sexually assaulted at a business in Cambridge shortly after midnight.

Police were called around 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday after a man allegedly used a drive-thru window to gain entry to an unnamed business in the Eagle Street and Hespeler Road area.

Police said the man was armed with a weapon and there was an altercation with two employees. The employees were allegedly sexually assaulted and sustained minor injuries.

Officers responded to the area and made an arrest.

A 32-year-old Cambridge man has been charged with multiple offences including sexual assault with a weapon.
