The Kitchener Rangers put on a show for Next Generation Night as they defeat the visiting Barrie Colts 4-1 on Friday.
After a scoreless first period, Cameron Arquette scored the first goal of the game in the second, followed by a goal from Cameron Reid and then a second goal from Arquette before heading into the third.
Barrie would make things closer with a goal of their own at 3:29 into the third period from Bode Stewart. A double minor from Alexander Bilecki would give the Colts a chance to come back, but an empty net goal from Adrian Misaljevic would seal the win for the Rangers.
Cameron Arquette would receive first star honours, with Cameron Reid receiving third star honours.
The Next Gen Night had the Rangers rocking new jerseys from the winning design of the CHL Jersey Contest.
The Rangers will travel down the 401 to London on Sunday to take on the Knights. Puck drop is at 6 p.m.
