Serious two-vehicle crash leads to road closure in North Dumfries

Waterloo Regional Police responded to reports of a major crash in North Dumfries on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash occurred at Cedar Creek Road and Trussler Road and prompted a road closure as of 1:30 p.m.

Police confirmed two vehicles were involved in the collision and serious physical injuries were reported.

It’s not clear how many people were hurt.

Cedar Creek Road was closed between Trussler Road and Northumberland Street as the investigation continued.
