Kitchener Rangers look to bounce back against bottom-dwelling Petes on home ice
On paper, it looks like a mismatch.
The Rangers sit near the top of the OHL standings while the Peterborough Petes are planted firmly at the bottom, but as anyone who has followed the league for any length time can tell you, nothing is ever certain in the ‘O’.
Kitchener will look to get back to their winning ways after a pair of losses last weekend that saw the end of their 10-game win streak and their 16-game point streak.

Despite the losses, the East Avenue Blue remain in a neck-and-neck race for first with Windsor and London, two teams Kitchener will tangle with next week.
The two-game dip dropped Kitchener in the CHL Top Ten from seventh to ninth. London ranks second while Windsor sits sixth.
After tonight, the Rangers head west for a match-up with the Sarnia Sting. Last time they met, Kitchener rolled to a 6-1 victory.
Mike Farwell and Paul Fixter will bring you all of tonight’s action on 570 NewsRadio.
