Guelph man arrested twice in less than 24 hours for indecent act near crowded playground

A man in Guelph has been arrested twice in less than 24 hours after police say he was caught “relieving himself” near a playground.
On Wednesday, officers were called to Royal City Park after receiving calls that a man had pulled his pants down around his ankles and relieved himself near the park.
The 58-year-old man was arrested for committing an indecent act, but released on conditions that he would not go near any parks or playgrounds.
Less than 24 hours later, on Thursday, the man was back at the very same park where officers found him and arrested him again for failing to comply with an undertaking and three counts of breaching a probation order.
This time, he was held for a bail hearing on Friday.
