Police searching for suspect after armed robbery at business in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a commercial robbery in Kitchener.

According to police, it happened at 5:20 a.m. on Sunday at a business in the area of Weber Street East and Fergus Avenue.

The suspect threatened an employee with a knife, stole merchandise, and fled the area.

Nobody was injured in the incident.

According to police, the suspect is a white man with a slim build, average height, and was wearing black clothing.
