One injured in Cambridge store robbery with knife

Regional police continue to investigate a reported robbery at a Cambridge store, which resulted in injuries for one victim.

It was around 7:35 p.m. on Tuesday when police were called out to that robbery in the area of King Street East and Lowther Street South.

It’s alleged an unknown man entered the business with a knife, demanding cash from a store employee before fleeing the area.

One victim ended up with non-life-threatening physical injuries as a result of the robbery. Police have not specified if that individual was a store employee or a bystander.
