Kitchener Rangers announce return of Fan Fest, pre-season showcase at the Aud

The Kitchener Rangers have announced their full pre-season schedule ahead of the 2024-25 regular season.

The team will host a pre-season showcase that includes the Saginaw Spirit, Erie Otters, Brantford Bulldogs and the Kitchener Rangers.

The showcase will take place from Aug. 30 – Sep. 1 where each team will play against the other three teams once with two games being played per day. Below is the schedule:

Friday, August 30
Brantford vs Saginaw – 2:00 p.m.
Erie vs Kitchener – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 31
Erie vs Brantford – 2:00 p.m.
Saginaw vs Kitchener – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 1 (FAN FEST)
Erie vs Saginaw – 11:00 a.m.
Brantford vs Kitchener – 2:30 p.m.

Before the Rangers game against Brantford on Sep. 1, Kitchener Rangers Fan Fest will take place from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., from the Aud in parking lot A. This includes a barbecue, inflatable games, rides, and an autograph session with the Kitchener Rangers players. Net proceeds from the barbecue as well as admission to the exhibition games will go to support Make-A-Wish Canada.

Cost of entry is $5 while children under two are free. Tickets can be purchased at Fan Fest under the Kitchener Rangers tent or upon entry in the main lobby.

After the showcase is over, the Rangers pre-season schedule will continue including games against three Eastern Conference teams.

Tickets to the pre-season game on Sep. 6 will be $12 for adults and $10 for children under 12.
