Details emerge as police continue to investigate shooting in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police have released details about an early-morning shooting in Kitchener on Thursday.
According to police, they responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Courtland Ave. East and Block Line Rd. just before 6 a.m.
Police have determined that the shooting stemmed from an altercation between multiple people that took place nearby.

Nobody was injured in the incident, and the people involved are believed to be known to one another.
Members of the General Investigations Unit and Forensic Identification Unit continue to investigate the incident.
