Police looking for woman connected to Cambridge robbery

Waterloo Regional Police are on the lookout for a woman who robbed a local business.

According to police, the robbery took place in Cambridge on Friday at about 1:25 pm in the area of Christopher Dr. and Champlain Blvd.

The suspect, a woman, entered the local business, handed the cashier a note, which claimed that she had a gun on her and demanded money.

The woman managed to leave the store with cash and took off in an unknown direction.

Police are asking anyone who may have video footage in the area around the time of the incidents to contact police at 519-570-9777.
