A suspect is facing charges after regional police made an arrest on the same day as a commercial break-in.
They said it happened Saturday afternoon, around Queen Street West and Shepherd Avenue in the Hespeler area of Cambridge.
Police got the call soon after 7 p.m. that evening about what happened.
Someone allegedly smashed a rear glass door and stole cash and property.
Police found and arrested a 29-year-old Cambridge man around 9:30 p.m., that night.
He’s been charged with break and enter – commit indictable offence; and possession of stolen goods under $5,000.
