Wanted Cambridge woman arrested on drug-related charges, drugs seized from vehicle

A wanted Cambridge woman was arrested last night and drugs were seized from her vehicle.
The arrest took place yesterday at about 10:50 p.m. when police observed the woman entering a vehicle in the Block Line Rd. and Fallowfield Dr. area. The officers stopped her vehicle, placed her under arrest, and seized a number of illicit drugs.
Suspected hydromorphone, morphine, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl were seized from her vehicle.
The woman was charged with failing to comply with a release order, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of counterfeit money, and possession of a Schedule I substance.
She was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
Police also arrested the driver of the vehicle, a 38-year-old man also from Cambridge, for breaching a conditional sentence order.
