Waterloo man arrested in sexual assault investigation

An arrest has been made in a disturbing investigation.

According to police they received reports that a female youth was sexually assaulted in Waterloo and across other parts of Ontario.

At the time of the assaults the girl was a minor.

Police have laid multiple charges against a 60-year-old Waterloo man.

Gregory Bauer has been charged with assault, sexual assault and sexual exploitation.

The Special Victims Unit is continuning the investigation and anyone with more information is asked to contact them at 519-570-9777, extension 8460.

They are also looking to hear from any other potential victims.
