Police investigating suspicious person seen in Hespeler

Waterloo Regional Police are looking into a report of a suspicious person who was seen in Hespeler on Saturday.

Two female youths reported that they were being followed by an unknown man on Scott Street in the area of Guelph Avenue around 5 p.m.

Another pedestrian stepped into the situation, and the unknown man fled. He was last seen walking south on Memory Lane.

The man is described as Asian, between 40 and 50 years old, and 5’8” with a slim build. He was seen wearing a dark grey hooded jacket, light khaki pants, and white running shoes.
