OPP seeking help finding teenage girl missing for a year

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking the public through social media for help finding a teenage girl that’s been missing for a year. They believe she could have travelled to Waterloo Region.

Waterloo Regional Police reposted the video Rebecca may have travelled from Iroquois Falls to Waterloo Region.

Rebecca (Becky) Fudge-Schnarr was 17 years old at the time of her disappearance. She was last seen Thursday, November 24, 2022 on Moffat Road in the Iroquois Falls area, where she lived with her family.

OPP Detective Inspector Tom McVey is managing her case and was narrating the video shared on the OPP News “X” account.

“Rebecca is known to have acquaintances in the Timmins and Kitchener areas,” said McVey. “The OPP remains committed to investigating the circumstances regarding Rebecca’s disappearance. We remain concerned for her safety and continue to seek information regarding her whereabouts.”

Rebecca is described as 5’3″, about 110 pounds, with long blonde hair, brown eyes and glasses. She was wearing wearing a hooded sweater, a jean jacket, jeans, shin-high grey boots, and was carrying a white-floral pattern bag.
