Suspect surrenders in Meizinger Park area prowler investigation

Waterloo Regional Police have made an arrest in connection with a prowler investigation in Kitchener.

It was in late September when police received reports of an unknown man peering through windows in the area of Barbara Crescent and Avalon Place in Kitchener.

Police said that man had been reported on several occasions.

After sharing that man’s picture on social media with the goal of identifying him, police said that suspect turned himself in.

That 50-year-old Kitchener man was charged on Monday with voyeurism, criminal harassment and trespass by night.
