Neuron Mobility looking for feedback on e-scooters, e-bikes

By CityNews Kitchener staff

It’s been half a year since those orange e-bikes and e-scooters have been zipping around Waterloo Region, and now Neuron Mobility, the company behind them, wants to know what you think.

A community survey is now up on the Region’s Engage WR page asking anyone with feedback to do so before Nov. 6.

The survey is said to take around ten minutes, asking questions around affordability, safety, and efficiency of the e-devices.

They also want to know about any issues that have come up.

The shared e-micromobility program launched across the Region in April of this year, with 500 e-bikes and 500 e-scooters ready for rent until the end of October.
