Police seek two individuals in connection to Uptown homicide investigation

Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate a September stabbing incident in Uptown Waterloo that claimed the life of a 20-year-old man, now releasing images and video of two men they’d like to identify.
It was on September 22 just before 2:35 a.m. when police were called to the King Street North and Bridgeport Road area for reports of a stabbing.
A 20-year-old man was found by officers shortly after arrival with stab wounds, and was transported to local hospital
That victim was later pronounced deceased.
Investigators are now looking to identify two individuals in connection with the incident.
The first is described as a man with facial hair, standing roughly 5’10” tall.
He was wearing a grey vest, hooded sweatshirt with red and black sleeves and a black ball cap – along with grey track pants and black running shoes.
The second individual is also described as a 5’10” tall man with facial hair, seen wearing blue t-shirt, black shorts, a black ball cap and crocs.
