Afro Festival returns to Waterloo Park

The Afro Festival is making its return on Saturday to Waterloo Park.
It will take place from noon to 6 p.m. and will include traditional drumming, dance, food, art, and more.
The event is being hosted by the African Women’s Alliance of Waterloo Region.
They say, “This event is a unique opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate the diversity of African culture.”
To find the event, you can go to the west side of Waterloo Park off Westmount Road.
