Additional GO bus routes start this weekend in Waterloo
The provincial government and Metrolinx have announced some service changes and updates to GO bus routes in the region.
Beginning Saturday, there will be 8 additional weekend trips between the University of Waterloo and Bramalea GO stations.
Service is being added on routes 30 and 31, with three new weekend trips leaving the University of Waterloo in the morning.

Five new weekend trips will leave Bramalea go each hour beginning at 4:40 pm with the final trip taking place at 8:40 pm.
There are two new weekday trips from the University of Waterloo to Bramalea running at 3:18 and 4:18 pm.
Kitchener-Conestoga MP Mike Harris said his neighbours and constituents have been clear about the need for more GO transit options.
He added that the GO bus services will give residents flexibility to get to and from the GTA more easily.
