New housing approved in Kitchener; 64 stacked townhouses to be constructed

Two housing projects have been given the green light by Kitchener City Council.
A total of 64 stacked townhouses will be constructed in the Williamsburg area and Centreville-Chicopee neighbourhood.
The 3.5 storey, 32 unit development in the Williamsburg neighbourhood on Cotton Grass Street, will feature two and three bedroom rentals.
In the Centreville-Chicopee area, the remaining 32 developments will pop up at the corner of King Street East and Morrison Road.
