Suspects wanted in connection with Kitchener robbery (update)

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a person-on-person robbery in Kitchener. 

On Jan. 28, at approximately 8 pm, a man was assaulted and robbed by two men near Fairway Road South and Wilson Avenue. 

The two unknown suspects then fled in a vehicle. 

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The first suspect was described as a Black man in his mid-30s, with a medium build, and black hair. The second suspect was described as a 6' tall South Asian man between 40 to 45 years old, with a medium build, short hair, and a beard.

The investigation is ongoing.
