Prime Minister Trudeau to visit region Friday

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be spending part of Friday in Waterloo Region.

Trudeau is scheduled to speak about climate and green planning.

At 11:45 a.m., he will meet with a local environmental organization to chat about the Canada Greener Homes initiative. CityNews 570 will have a reporter there.

Then just before 2 p.m., he will talk with local farmers about the Climate Action Incentive payment.
