OPP looking for federal offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public's help in tracking down a federal offender.
Stephen Smart is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
The 48-year-old is described as an Indigenous male. He is 6'2″ and 262 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. Smart also has a long grey coloured goatee.
He is known to frequent Kitchener, Owen Sound, Brampton, Toronto, North Bay and Kingston.
Smart is serving a five year sentence for criminal harassment, uttering threats to cause death/harm, breach of his long term supervision order, extortion, and failing to comply with his probation order.
