Breithaupt Centre’s 25-yard pool closed for summer

One of the pools at Kitchener's Breithaupt Centre is out of commission for the summer.

Work was scheduled to begin Monday, June 13 on the 25-yard pool.

It had to be closed so crews can replace part of the roof membrane and insulation, along with air duct work.

The city said it expects the project will be completed by the end of August.

The centre's warm water pool is still open.
