The Region of Waterloo has modified its online COVID-19 vaccine booking system.
On social media on Wednesday, the region announced it has added a new feature that allows residents to select a clinic, and then preview which dates have open time slots.
Previously, people had to click on each individual day to see if there were any available appointments.
Now, dates on the calendar will be highlighted green if there are any openings.
The region also confirmed that since Christmas Eve, nearly 70,000 third doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered at local clinics, pharmacies, and primary care offices.
And — more good news:
??A new feature has launched in our vaccine booking system. You can now preview which dates have available times after selecting your clinic and dose options. Dates with many available appointments will appear in green.
