UW reports two COVID cases, outbreak at Laurier over

The University of Waterloo reported two COVID-19 cases on Thursday.

The individuals recently visited the Waterloo campus and are now self-isolating.

Any high-risk contacts have been notified by public health. 

No other details will be released due to privacy protocols. 

Meanwhile, a COVID-19 outbreak at Wilfrid Laurier University was declared over. The outbreak was declared after two employees tested positive in mid-August.
