Kitchener man charged in sexual assault investigation in Mississauga

A Kitchener man has been charged in connection with a sexual assault investigation in Mississauga.

On Saturday, July 17, it's alleged the victim was followed around a shopping centre by a man, filming and photographing the victim with an electronic device, before the alleged sexual assault took place.

A similar incident, involving a different victim, happened at a department store on Monday, August 2.

Police arrested a man that day. 26-year-old Jordan Jefferies faces two counts of criminal harassment, voyeurism and sexual assault.

Jefferies is described as Black, light-skinned, 6’, 190 lbs, thin build, black long curly hair sometimes worn in a bun and a black beard.  

He is set to appear in a Brampton court on October 29.
