Stories shared over the year say the distraught painter saw his late wife appear on a staircase telling him everything would be okay, and he was then able to resume paintng again.
Over the years gallery staff have reported spiritual experiences like paintings being moved when no one was there
Visitors have reported a costumed guide leading them through the gallery, even though the gallery doesn't have costumed guides.
She says they think it was probably the spirit of Homer Watson's sister Phoebe.
Watson says even a few days ago, an exit door sensor kept going off but no one was there.
Events at the gallery run today into Halloween night. You can find more info on all upcoming events at the gallery HERE.
