Three more Grand Valley inmates test positive for COVID-19 (update)

Two more inmates of the Grand Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener have tested positive for COVID-19.

Correctional Services Canada confirms the Kitchener jail is up to three positive cases, which represents exactly 50 per cent of the positive tests in prisons across Canada.

Overall, eight Grand Valley inmates have been tested, with three of the tests coming back negative, and two others are pending results.
