Tri-Pride to host first ever Winter Pride celebration

Winter Pride 2020 is kicking off on Friday at THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener.
This will mark the first year that Tri-Pride is hosting this event.
“It was just another opportunity for Tri-Pride to bring an event to the community,” says Andrew Scott, Tri-Pride board member, “For a very long time we have only had the music festival in June, with the success of PRIDEtoberfest back in October we thought why not try it again and give another opportunity for the community to come out and get together.”
The event will feature performances from Burlesque and Boylesque Entertainers, DJ Jayson Spank, food and drink, as well as access to the exhibits at THEMUSEUM.
“I think it's a really nice opportunity to give back to the rainbow community in and around the tri-city area.” said Scott.
Tickets are $25 before Friday, and $30 at the door.
