Kitchener man one of four facing stolen property charges in Guelph

A Kitchener man is one of four suspects facing stolen property charges in Guelph.

According to Guelph Police, the Intelligence Unit was given a search warrant to for a home north of the city on Monday, December 23rd, where an alleged $20,000 worth of stolen property was recovered.

Some of the stolen items include a Cub Cadet lawn mower, a 49 inch Samsung TV and an electric fireplace.

As a result, a 56-year-old Kitchener man was arrested and allegedly charged with possession of stolen property, along with a 53-year-old Guelph woman, a 43-year-old London man and a 36-year-old Montreal man.

Guelph Police say all four suspects have been allegedly taken into custody.

Currently, Guelph Police say they are attempting to locate the owner of the lawn mower and ask anyone with information to contact 519-824-1212 ext. 7150.
