Panthers playoff game rained out
The Kitchener Panthers will have to wait another day or two to get in their opening game of the IBL semifinals against Hamilton.
The score was 0-0 in the bottom of the second Sunday afternoon at Jack Couch Park, when lead off batter Mike Gordner was walked to first base.
Moments later, the skies opened up and the rain came down.

Officials called the game, and there is no word yet on when Game 1 will resume or start over.
Game 2 is scheduled for Tuesday night in Hamilton.
