It's been pretty quiet at the Charles Street bus terminal in downtown Kitchener since the big ION launch last month.
That's because local buses no longer stop there, as they use ION stations to make their connections.
Another change is in the works starting this Monday as Grand River Transit opens its brand new customer service hub.
The centre will be located at King and Benton Street and will offer new EasyGO fare cards, trip planning assistance, and tickets and passes for MobilityPLUS customers.
That doesn't mean the Charles Street terminal is completely obsolete though, as GO transit, Greyhound and Coach Canada buses will continue to stop there.
