A Woolwich man has now been charged in what turned out to be a deadly transport truck rollover.

Wellington County OPP were called to Wellington Road 16, just south of Highway 89, just after 7:00 p.m. last Thursday evening.

A loaded cattle truck rolled over into the ditch.

Police say 98 head of cattle were aboard, with 12 of them getting killed because of the crash.  Another five were required to be euthanized, and 25 are still missing.

The driver, 38, was not hurt.  But he is now facing a charge of careless driving.
