Suspected drug dealer nabbed at carpool lot

Wellington County OPP have made an arrest in connection with a drug dealing investigation.
The arrest was made just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday at the carpool lot on Lake Road at Townline Road.
Upon speaking with a man in a vehicle, officers detected a strong odour of marijuana coming from the car.
Police allegedly found 30 grams of marijuana in contravention of the Cannabis Act. They also seized a large quantity of cocaine.
The suspect initially resisted arrest, but officers eventually gained control and he was taken into custody.
Kulbir Singh Bains of Cambridge is facing several charges including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
The 41-year-old is due in a Guelph court on January 22.
