Conestoga College celebrates grand opening of Waterloo campus

It's a new chapter for Conestoga College.
The school is celebrating the grand opening of it's Waterloo campus Thursday night from 6:30-8:30.
The $58 million project at 108 University Avenue East boasts state-of-the-art culinary and hospitality labs, a student-run restaurant, technology-enabled classrooms and a Welcome Centre.
The project started back in 2016.
The campus provides 150,000 additional square feet of classroom, lab and student space.
Thursday night's grand opening will also include speeches from Gary Hallam, Executive Dean, Schools of Business, Hospitality & Culinary Arts, Media & Design; Lydia Chudleigh, Chair, Board of Governors, Conestoga College; Dr. John Tibbits, President, Conestoga College and Maureen Cowan, Chairman and CEO of Princeton Holdings Limited and Chair of The Cowan Foundation Board.
