Rangers trade forward Jake Henderson to the Battalion

The Kitchener Rangers have traded forward Jake Henderson to North Bay.
The Rangers are also sending a 10th round draft pick in 2021 to the Battalion.
In exchange, Kitchener receives North Bay’s 8th round pick in 2019.
The Rangers have also released goaltenders Luke Opilka and Anthony Dumont-Bouchard.
Opilka is recovering from several hip surgeries, while Dumont-Bouchard has been out with a concussion since October.
The moves mean Kitchener will complete the season with Kole Sherwood, Austin McEneny, and Mario Culina as over-age players.
