No charges will be laid in fatal head-on crash in Eramosa

Wellington County OPP have decided no charges will be laid in a fatal collision from about two weeks ago.

On November 21st, a Dodge sedan collided head-on with an 18-wheeler on Wellington Road 124, in Eramosa.

The collision happened between Jones Base Line and Watson Parkway around 12:30 p.m. that day.

49-year old David McCowan from Rockwood was killed.

Police have determined the truck driver was not at fault, and there was no vehicle malfunction involved.
