Cambridge man charged in connection with break and enter spree in Preston

Regional Police say a Cambridge man faces multiple charges in connection with a break and enter spree in Preston.

Officers started investigating last month after a number of sheds and homes were broken into in the Queenston Road and Coronation Boulevard areas.

Items including cash, jewellery, tools and bikes were stolen.

Thanks to tips from the public, Regional Police say they were able to make an arrest on Monday.

A 50-year-old Cambridge man has been charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of break and enter tools.
