Second LRT train arrives in Waterloo Region

After months of delays, the second LRT train has finally arrived in Waterloo Region.

It was sent from Bombardier’s Kingston plant two weeks ago, arriving Saturday afternoon.

The new fully functional LRV is ready to be tested once it’s put on the tracks.

It joins the other one currently at the storage facility in north Waterloo.

The other trains are expected here in the Region as well by the end of the month.
