Two people who pled guilty to operating a meth lab in Cambridge will be spending a lot more time behind bars.
Back in December of 2015, Regional Police discovered a drug operation in the basement of a house on Biscayne Drive in Cambridge.
Three people were charged, two of which are a common-law couple from Cambridge.
One of their defence lawyers, Natasha Giuffre tells 570 NEWS, the husband was sentenced to nine years in jail, less two-and-a-half years for time served.
The wife, Giuffre’s client, was given four years in jail, less four months for time served under a strict house arrest.
Giuffre says they had both pleaded guilty, which showed their remorse to the judge.
The third person charged is from Hamilton.
